In this third installment of our study in Acts 15 we look at the term “circumcision” and what evidence we have that shows this term can refer to a man-made ritual of conversion. Not only did this mean a physical act of circumcision, but it was used as a short hand for “becoming Jewish.” This sheds light on our study in Acts 15 and what was being argued.
